THE STORY
The idea of the Preservation Action Network began in the winter of 2011 with the meeting of 5 relative strangers drawn together through their passion of historic buildings. Many meetings and a few months of planning led to the creation of the university sanctioned Preservation Action Network (PAN) during the onset of the 2011 spring quarter. Becoming an official club with the university opened doors to university resources, funding, and space to work.
Since our founding, the club has taken part in many volunteering events, tours, and presentations. Through these, we have helped clean out three historic buildings in Over The Rhine and one in the West End with OTR A.D.O.P.T. and volunteered with the Cincinnati Preservation Association multiple times during their Spring House Tour.
